Abacus Global announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an approximately $53M minority equity stake in Manning & Napier. In connection with the equity investment, the parties have agreed to enter into a strategic alliance agreement designed to create mutual growth across three core dimensions: product distribution, lead generation and referrals, and joint product development. The SAA is the primary value driver of the proposed transaction, which is expected to create a framework for strategic collaboration between the two platforms while preserving Manning & Napier's independent operations. The equity investment is expected to close in Q2 2026 subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

Reports Q4 revenue $71.9M, consensus $55.06M. Jay Jackson, CEO of Abacus commented, "We closed the year by delivering another strong quarter, achieving eleven consecutive quarters beating consensus. The company said, "The Company is initiating its full year 2026 outlook for Adjusted net income to between $96 million and $104 million. The range implies growth of up to 22% compared to full year 2025 Adjusted net income of $85.7 million."
