$INSP Inspire Medical price target lowered to $190 from $200 at Stifel Stifel lowered the firm's price target on Inspire Medical to $190 from $200 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm notes in early January, Inspire's stock floated higher. Stifel doesn't believe anything specific led to the move, although management expressed confidence on Stifel's mid-December Bus Tour that late-2024 procedure delays did not occur due to Inspire V's pending launch, which may have alleviated concerns around Q4. While Q4 revenue beat, upside was muted, the firm adds. Additionally, few Inspire V U.S. procedures have been performed to-date, and reimbursement details were sparse. This makes Stifel concerned that V's launch is off to a slow start, and investors may have drawn a similar conclusion, as Inspire's shares were pressured last week. The pullback makes valuation more compelling, but the firm highlights ongoing concerns, notably limited future revenue upside.
