WesBanco Acquisition: WesBanco has successfully completed the acquisition of Premier Financial, leading to the merger of Premier Bank into WesBanco Bank. Former directors of Premier have been appointed to the WesBanco Board of Directors.
Brand Transition: Premier financial centers will continue operating under the Premier Bank name until mid-May, when they will be rebranded as WesBanco following customer and data conversion.
