ALPHAMIN REVEALS CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Board Appointments: Alphamin Resources Corp. has appointed two new non-executive directors, Mr. Ziad Mikhael and Mr. Salman Bhatti, at the request of its majority shareholder, Alpha Mining Ltd., pending regulatory approval.

Resignations and Continuity: To accommodate the new appointments, directors Eoin O’Driscoll and Jan Trouw have resigned, although O’Driscoll will remain as Chief Financial Officer and Trouw will continue as a technical mining consultant.
