The Fund invests in securities of United States and foreign companies, including companies located in emerging markets, of any market capitalization. It invests in equity securities, which includes common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, warrants, depositary receipts, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and equity interests in real estate investment trusts (REITs). It will not invest more than 25% of its total assets in illiquid securities. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in equity securities issued by companies that are not next generation companies, as well as in debt securities from any type of issuer and credit rating. It invests in industries, such as information technology and communication services, health care, financials, consumer discretionary, and others.
