The Company focuses on acquiring gold, silver, and copper metal purchase agreements, Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalties, Gross Value Return (GVR) royalties, Net Profit Interests (NPI), Gross Proceeds (GP) royalties, Gross Overriding Return (GOR) royalties, Price Participation (PP) royalties, Net Proceeds (NP) royalties, and non-operating interests in mining projects.
