Melar Acquisition Corp. The draft registration statement has been submitted on a confidential basis and has not yet been declared effective. The Form S-4 will include a proxy statement/prospectus providing important information about the Proposed Transaction. The Proposed Transaction, which was announced on July 31, 2025, is expected to result in Everli becoming a publicly traded company, subject to approval by Melar's shareholders and the satisfaction of other closing conditions.
