Mattel (MAT) announced that Natalia Premovic has been appointed chief consumer products and experiences officer for the company, effective January 5, 2026. In this role, Premovic will oversee global consumer products, experiences, publishing, and location-based entertainment for Mattel. She will report to Mattel chairman and CEO Ynon Kreiz. Premovic joins Mattel most recently from Netflix (NFLX), where she served as head of consumer products for the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and also led e-commerce globally.
