Its portfolio consists of seven drug therapies consisting of peptide and small molecule cancer immunotherapeutics KROS 101, 102, 201, 301 and 401 and therapeutic agents ENV 105 and 205. KROS 101 is a small molecule that targets the glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor ligand-related (GITR) ligand, a signal for T cell growth to remove a checkpoint barrier to fight a host of cancers. KROS 201 is a T cell therapy activated by dendritic cells to treat glioblastoma, a deadly and common brain cancer. ENV 105 drug seeks to address unmet medical needs in large markets of prostate and lung cancers.
