Exxon Mobil's Return to Iraq: Exxon Mobil will sign an agreement to manage and develop the Majnoon oilfield in southern Iraq, marking its return after a two-year absence.
Infrastructure and Storage Agreements: The deal includes upgrading oil export infrastructure and a profit-sharing agreement, along with a separate agreement for Iraq's state oil company SOMO to secure storage capacity in the Asian market, particularly in Singapore.
