Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 75% of its total assets in the equity securities of real estate companies. The Fund's investments in securities of real estate companies may also include private real estate investments. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in preferred and other fixed income or debt securities issued by any type of company. The Fund may not invest more than 25% of its total assets in debt securities issued or guaranteed by real estate companies. The Fund invests in various sectors, such as healthcare, industrial and data center. The Fund's investment advisor is Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc.
