ArrowMark Financial Corp. is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Company’s primary investment objective is to provide stockholders with current income, and to a lesser extent, capital appreciation. It is focused on income generation, capital preservation, and providing risk-adjusted rates of return. The Company attempts to achieve its investment objective through investments in preferred equity, debt and subordinated debt, structured notes and securities, convertible securities, regulatory capital securities and common equity issued or structured by banks and financial institutions including community banks, larger regional, national and money center banks domiciled in the United States and foreign and global money center banks. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in such banking-related securities.
