Nutanix Lowers FY26 Revenue Forecast

Nutanix Inc reported Q1 fiscal 2026 revenue of $670.58 million, falling short of estimates of $676.75 million. The adjusted EPS of 41 cents met expectations, but the revenue miss has raised concerns among investors.
The company has lowered its full-year revenue guidance to between $2.82 billion and $2.86 billion, down from previous estimates of $2.92 billion. This shift is attributed to a timing change in bookings, which has led to some revenue being deferred to future periods.
Despite the revenue guidance cut, Nutanix raised its free cash flow expectations to between $800 million and $840 million, indicating stable underlying demand. However, the market reacted negatively, leading to a 15.25% drop in shares during after-hours trading.
