Nukkleus Acquires Rimon for Iron Dome

Nukkleus Inc. is acquiring Israeli critical component supplier Rimon to support the expansion of Israel's Iron Dome. This strategic acquisition is expected to significantly enhance Rimon's production capabilities and market demand.

The expansion is primarily funded through an $8.7 billion U.S. defense assistance package, with $5.2 billion specifically allocated for Israel's air-defense systems. This marks one of the largest production investments in Iron Dome's history, indicating strong governmental support.

Rimon plans to scale its operations starting in 2026 to meet rising demand, especially in light of the urgency emphasized by national defense planners to expand air-defense capabilities amid potential confrontations with Iran.

Nukkleus' acquisition aligns with expanded U.S.-Israel industrial cooperation, including the new R2S facility in Camden, Arkansas, which recently secured a $1.25 billion contract for Tamir interceptor manufacturing.
