NETSTREIT Corp. is an internally managed real estate investment trust that acquires, owns, invests in and manages a diversified portfolio of single-tenant, retail commercial real estate subject to long-term net leases with high credit quality tenants across the United States. The Company is structured as an umbrella partnership real estate investment trust (UPREIT). The Company’s diversified portfolio consists of approximately 687 single-tenant retail net leased properties spanning 45 states, with 98 different tenants represented across 26 retail sectors.
