Change in ADS Ratio: NaaS Technology Inc. plans to change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from 1 ADS to 800 Class A ordinary shares to 1 ADS to 3,200 Class A ordinary shares, effective around July 30, 2025, which is equivalent to a one-for-four reverse split.
