Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. is a bank holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Metropolitan Commercial Bank, a New York state-chartered commercial bank, provides a range of business, commercial and retail banking products and services to small businesses, middle-market enterprises, public entities and affluent individuals in the New York metropolitan area. In addition to traditional commercial banking products, the Company offers corporate cash management and retail banking services; customized financial solutions for government entities, municipalities, public institutions and charter schools; specialized services to facilitate secure and efficient real estate transactions and tax-deferred exchanges for title and escrow and Section 1031 exchanges; and EB-5 Program accounts for qualified foreign investors.
