The Fund's subsidiary is Cohen & Steers RQI Trust (the REIT Subsidiary). The REIT Subsidiary acts as an investment vehicle for the Fund in order to effect certain investments on behalf of the Fund, consistent with the Fund's investment objectives and policies.
