Yunji announced that Yeqing Cui, has resigned as Senior Financial Director and finance in charge of the Company for personal reasons, effective July 3. In addition, the Company announced Nan Song, Senior Financial Director, will succeed Cui as finance in charge of the Company and report to Shanglue Xiao, Chairman and CEO.

Yunji announced that the company's board of directors and the audit committee of the board approved the dismissal of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm, effective May 22, 2025, and the appointment of WWC, P.C. as the company's new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, effective May 22, 2025. The reports of PwC on the company's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 contained no adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles.

Yunji announced that it received a notification letter from Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that the company has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(2) and the matter is closed.

Yunji announced that it plans to change the ratio of its American Depositary Shares, or ADSs, to its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.000005 per share, from the current ADS Ratio of one ADSs to 100 Class A ordinary shares to a new ADS Ratio of one ADS to 400 Class A ordinary shares. A post-effective amendment to the ADS Registration Statement on Form F-6 will be filed with the SEC to reflect the change in the ADS Ratio. The company anticipates that the change in the ADS Ratio will be effective on or about September 13, subject to the effectiveness of the post-effective amendment to the ADS Registration Statement on Form F-6 on or before that date.
