West Pharmaceutical Services announced the opening of its new building at its current site in Damastown, Dublin. The 165,000 square foot expansion significantly enhances West's contract services and is designed to meet growing global demands of its customers' high-volume treatments, including diabetes and obesity. The Damastown expansion enhances West's contract capabilities beyond its component molding, device assembly, and packaging to now include advanced automation and expanded drug-handling capabilities at commercial scale.

West Pharmaceutical Services announced that Eric Green has informed the Board of Directors that he plans to retire from his positions as President, CEO and Chair of the Board of the company once his successor has been hired in order to ensure a smooth transition. The Board is engaging a leading executive recruiting firm to assist with the search for a successor and expects this transition to occur in the second half of 2026. In parallel with today's announcement, the company is reaffirming the guidance set forth in its February 12 press release.

On February 17, the Board of Directors authorized a new share repurchase program for the purchase of up to $1B of the company's common stock. The company's previous share repurchase program was fully utilized prior to its December 31, 2025, expiration.
