As part of the expanded partnership, Boost Run has further developed its financing relationship with Dell Financial Services, enabling flexible capital deployment aligned to customer contract timelines. The agreement was signed ahead of the proposed business combination with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. (WLAC) and expected listing under proposed symbol "BRUN."

Boost Run (BRUN) and Willow Lane Acquisition (WLAC) announced that the SEC has declared effective the Registration Statement on Form S-4 in connection with the proposed business combination entered into by Willow Lane and Boost Run on September 15, 2025. Boost Run Inc., the surviving public company after the closing of the Business Combination, nears the expected listing of its shares of Class A common stock and warrants on Nasdaq under the proposed symbols "BRUN" and "BRUNW," respectively. Willow Lane will hold an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on April 30 to approve proposals presented to the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting related to the Business Combination with Boost Run. The Business Combination is expected to close shortly after the extraordinary general meeting.
