White Gold welcomes the Government of Canada's announcement of the second tranche of nation-building projects under Budget 2025: Canada Strong. This new tranche in federal commitments across infrastructure, clean energy, and resource-corridor development - reinforces Canada's long-term strategy to unlock northern mineral potential and strengthen domestic supply chains. Importantly, the Prime Minister confirmed that the Northwest Critical Conservation Corridor in Northwest British Columbia and the Yukon has now been formally referred to the Major Projects Office. According to the announcement, this corridor "sits atop vast deposits of critical minerals and has the potential to unlock world-class resources," underscoring the Yukon's strategic role in Canada's mineral future. The continued release of major project investments - first in September and now again in November - demonstrates a clear and sustained federal commitment to advancing responsible resource development across Canada, with the Yukon repeatedly highlighted as a region of national strategic importance. White Gold also congratulates the Yukon's new Premier following the recent territorial election and looks forward to continued collaboration with the Government of Yukon, First Nations governments, and local communities under this renewed mandate. White Gold report assay results from the first drill hole of its 2025 diamond drilling program at the flagship Golden Saddle deposit, located on the White Gold Property in west-central Yukon. Hole WHTGS25D0218A successfully intersected the high-grade footwall breccia target, returning 6.89 g/t Au over 2.8 meters, infilling 150-meter gap up-dip and confirming continuity of this mineralized zone parallel and footwall to the Main Zone. The same hole also returned 6.89g/t Au over 50.2 meters through the main Golden Saddle zone, representing one of the best intervals ever drilled on the property, expanding high grade mineralization within the Main Zone. The hole also intercepted mineralization in the hanging wall returning 0.75g/t over 3.00 meters, further supporting recent 3D modeling refinements that capture mineralization in the hanging wall more consistently. Reported in this release is the first of five drillholes from the White Gold Property. Two additional holes on Golden Saddle, and two holes on the Arc deposit are pending assays. These results form part of the Company's fully funded work program supported by strategic partners including Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The company's flagship White Gold project hosts four near-surface gold deposits, which collectively contain an estimated 1,732,300 ounces of gold in indicated resources and 1,265,900 ounces of gold in inferred resources, with significant expansion potential on the resource itself and in the immediately surrounding area. "These high-grade results exceeded our expectations and further demonstrate the exceptional potential of our Flagship Project which already ranks as one of the highest-grade undeveloped open pittable gold deposits in Canada," stated David D'Onofrio, Chief Executive Officer of White Gold Corp. "Intersecting one of the best intervals ever reported from the property, while confirming additional mineralized zones in the hanging wall and footwall, underscores the robust nature of this deposit and is just one example of the significant opportunity to further expand and enhance our resource base."

White Gold announce an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for its flagship White Gold project located approximately 95 km south of Dawson City in west-central Yukon, Canada. The updated mineral resource was initiated following recent new modelling for the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits, including optimization and reinterpretation of the gold bearing zones. The primary result of these efforts was greater continuity of the zones than previously captured in the model. The updated MRE shows a significant increase in total gold ounces, including a 44% increase in indicated resources for a new total of 1,732,300 ounces of gold and a 13.4% increase in inferred resources for a new total of 1,265,900 ounces of gold. The gold resources at the White Gold Project are near surface, almost entirely captured within open pits, and remain open for expansion in multiple directions with additional exploration opportunities to increase total resources via targets within close proximity. The ongoing 2025 exploration program has been designed to deliver further increases to the size of the resource and to advance technical understanding in support of a Preliminary Economic Assessment. These results form part of the Company's work program supported by strategic partners including Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. The updated Mineral Resource Estimate continues to demonstrate the size, quality, and growth potential of the Company's flagship project. The new modelling of the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits showcase improved geological continuity, stronger grade distribution, and optimized pit designs that collectively enhance overall project economic potential. This significant advancement further positions the project as a leading gold resource in both size and grade in a top-ranked global mining jurisdiction, with substantial opportunity for additional growth. White Gold announced the commencement of Phase II of its 2025 Exploration Program. Phase II is focused on advancing high-priority gold targets across its flagship White Gold Property in Yukon, Canada, with the aim of expanding the existing multi-million-ounce high grade gold resource and enhancing the project's technical understanding for future development. This work forms part of the Company's 2025 exploration program on its extensive and underexplored land package in the prolific White Gold District, Yukon, supported by strategic partner Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Building on Phase I momentum aimed at advancing multiple critical metals targets across the Company's district-scale portfolio, for which the Company is arranging accretive corporate opportunities to unlock the potential value of these critical mineral projects, Phase II is focused on the Company's continued advancement of its significant gold assets. The planned work is in the immediate vicinity of the Company's defined resources, with significant growth opportunities also identified across multiple additional targets also located in close proximity to the existing resources. Phase II 2025 Exploration Program Highlights: Diamond Drilling: Diamond drilling planned at the Golden Saddle zone is set to target a high-grade footwall breccia identified in historic drilling. Previous drilling was extended far enough to discover this zone, however it remains largely unexplored. This presents an exciting opportunity to increase known mineralization and expand the resource estimate as these areas are within or close to the existing pit shell and remain open in multiple directions. Relogging & Resampling: Gold mineralization has recently been observed in unsampled core belonging to the footwall and hanging wall host rocks. These zones were not originally expected to host mineralization and were not assayed in historical drilling. To evaluate the presence of additional mineralization, a targeted program to relog and resample historic drill core will focus on delineating mineralization trends in the hanging wall and footwall of the Golden Saddle Zone, an area with strong potential for additional resource growth. Metallurgical & Geotechnical Sampling: Additional metallurgical and geotechnical test work across the Arc and Golden Saddle Zones to advance technical understanding in support of a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
