Welltower to Raise Quarterly Dividend to 85 Cents per Share
Welltower announced that it expects to raise its quarterly common stock dividend to 85c per share, beginning with the second quarter of 2026. The declaration and payment of any future dividend remains subject to further review and approval by the Board.
