Turbo Energy announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office, or USPTO, has granted the company U.S. Patent No. 12,503,000 B2, protecting its advanced optimization procedure and system designed to optimize electric vehicle charging in residential solar energy installations with battery storage. The patented technology strengthens Turbo Energy's positioning in the rapidly expanding U.S. residential EV charging market, which the company estimates could exceed $12.5B annually by the end of the decade, based on company estimates derived from publicly available projections from the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and electricity price data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The patent arrives at a pivotal moment for the residential energy sector, as the electrification of transportation rapidly shifts electricity demand from public infrastructure into the home.

Turbo Energy entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single global institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 1,000,000 of the Company's American Depositary Shares at a purchase price of $3.25 per ADS in a registered direct offering. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $3.25M, before deducting placement agent commissions and other offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 13, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The financing strengthens the Company's balance sheet and supports the continued expansion of Turbo Energy's AI-driven solar energy storage and intelligent energy management solutions. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.

Turbo Energy S.A. emphasized how its industrial electrification systems are enabling commercial and industrial operators to shield operating margins amid intensifying global energy market volatility. Turbo Energy announced the completion of a restructuring of its bank financing aimed at strengthening its financial position and aligning liquidity with the Company's medium- and long-term business plan. As part of this process, Turbo Energy reached agreements with Bankinter, CaixaBank and BBVA, three of Spain's leading financial institutions, enabling the conversion of existing bank facilities into long-term financing structures totaling approximately EUR 4.87M. This reorganization strengthens the Company's financial profile and aligns its financing structure with its business plan, further enhancing financial flexibility to support continued expansion in the global commercial and industrial energy storage sector, including Latin America and the United States.
