Treasure Global announced that its subsidiary, Tadaa Technologies, has entered into an exclusive distribution and maintenance agreement with Nervesis for the AI-powered Zygy Social Listening Platform, granting Tadaa exclusive rights to commercialize, deploy, and support the platform for government sector use cases across Malaysia.

Treasure Global announced it has been awarded a $15M contract by Creative World Industries to develop and deploy a social listening artificial intelligence system. The enterprise-grade platform will leverage machine learning and predictive analytics to analyze unstructured digital data and provide real-time business intelligence. Treasure Global stated the contract is part of its strategy to diversify its revenue base and expand its presence in scalable enterprise technology solutions.

Treasure Global announced the return of Sam Teo as acting CEO, effective April 1. Sam Teo previously served as CEO. Carlson Thow will step down as CEO and continue as executive director, focusing on corporate governance and long-term strategic initiatives. Sam Teo currently serves as executive director of Treasure Global.

Treasure Global announced record engagement and monetization on its ZCITY Super App platform, alongside a strategic redevelopment of its TAZTE platform to strengthen its digital ecosystem. For the quarter ended December 2025, the company reported a 7x quarter-over-quarter increase in ARPU and noted that 70.1% of paid users completed three or more transactions, up from 43.9% in the prior quarter. "The surge in high-frequency users demonstrates the growing strength of our ZCITY ecosystem. Our data-driven initiatives are translating into higher engagement and monetization efficiency, reinforcing our strategy of building a scalable digital platform," said Carlson Thow, CEO of Treasure Global. Additionally, TADAA Technologies Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Treasure Global, has initiated a strategic redevelopment of the TAZTE platform to enhance technological infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and user experience.
