TFF Pharmaceuticals announced that the company has provided notification to The Nasdaq Stock Market of its intent to voluntarily delist the company's common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company expects to file a Form 25 with the SEC and Nasdaq relating to the delisting of its Common Stock on or about February 16. The removal of the Common Stock from Nasdaq will be effective 10 days after the filing of the Form 25. The company has made no arrangements for the listing or quotation of its Common Stock on any other exchange, market or quotation medium. The withdrawal of the Common Stock from listing and registration is being undertaken in connection with the planned the liquidation and dissolution of the company.

TFF Pharmaceuticals announced that the company has terminated its employees and will wind down its operations. This decision was made at a special meeting of the board of directors.

TFF Pharmaceuticals, announces positive preclinical data published in the Journal of Drug Delivery Science and Technology further validating the Company's TFF technology as superior approach to formulate dry powders for pulmonary drug delivery. The study demonstrates the superiority of TFF inhalational dry powders over jet-milling and spray-drying technologies in a rat model, with enhanced uniform drug distribution in the lungs, lower airway-to-lung distribution ratio, and rapid disaggregation of particles of the TFF powder and subsequent particle movement of the resulting TFF nanoaggregates.

TFF Pharmaceuticals announces its new partnership with Emory University and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, BARDA. Under the partnership, TFF Pharmaceuticals will test the feasibility of converting Emory's mRNA-based Cas13a antiviral against influenza A and B and SARS-CoV-2 into a dry powder formulation for more precise inhalational delivery, improved stability and widespread distribution without the need for cold-chain storage.
