SuperX AI announced the launch of its first U.S. AI Inference Cloud Hub in Denver, Colorado, marking the company's first operational cloud deployment in North America. Powered by NVIDIA AI accelerator technologies, the Denver Hub is designed to deliver high-performance, low-latency, and reliable AI inference services for enterprise customers. The platform supports a range of AI workloads while remaining compatible with current and future NVIDIA computing platforms. To accommodate different deployment requirements, SuperX offers both "On-Demand" and "Reserved Capacity" models.

SuperX AI Technology announced the successful completion of the first batch delivery of high-performance AI servers from its Japan Global Supply Center to Digital Dynamic on March 24. This first batch delivery marks an important milestone in SuperX's strategic partnership with DDI and eole Inc. in Japan and reflects the company's commitment to delivering highly reliable, cutting-edge computing infrastructure.

SuperX AI Technology announced an update on the progress of its share repurchase program. As previously announced on November 26, 2025, the company's board of directors authorized a share repurchase program under which the company may repurchase up to $20M of its ordinary shares. As of April 9, 2026, the company has repurchased an aggregate of 1,286,580 Ordinary Shares under the program. The average net repurchase price was $8.93 per Ordinary Share.
