SuperX AI Technology Ltd trading halted, volatility trading pause

SuperX AI Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SuperX AI Solution Limited, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Tianfu International Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou TFC Optical Communication and certain affiliates, related parties, and designees. The parties will jointly establish SuperX Optical Communications, with SuperX leading the joint venture through board and management control, integrating resources to expand their presence in the global AI optical connectivity market, build a leading ecosystem for optical solutions, and support new momentum for the buildout of global AI data centers. Headquartered in Singapore, the Joint Venture is dedicated to delivering end-to-end optical solutions for next-gen AI Data Centers. The Joint Venture aims to help address critical bottlenecks in high-speed data transmission that currently throttle massive AI computing clusters. Driven by the rise of trillion-parameter models, computing infrastructure is evolving beyond standard networking to embrace massive-scale GPU cluster interconnectivity.

SuperX Industries, a Japanese subsidiary of SuperX AI Technology, announced the signing of an Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, on February 4, with Digital Dynamic, eole and Woodman. This MOU builds on the parties' prior cooperation to establish a comprehensive framework for the co-development of large-scale AI Data Centers, or AIDC, across Japan. Following the first MOU signed on January 30, the Parties entered into the MOU to further deepen collaboration by establishing a joint task force to pilot an AIDC project in Mie Prefecture, Japan with an initial facility capacity up to 4MW, subject to feasibility assessments, site conditions, regulatory approvals, and the execution of definitive agreements. The pilot initiative is intended to serve as a starting point for assessing potential future expansion up to 300MW in total capacity. SuperX's modular approach accelerates deployment by reducing construction timelines significantly. This new pilot project is designed to be purpose-built for next-generation, liquid-cooled GPUs-capabilities often lacking in legacy data centers. Looking forward, the Parties intend to use the initial pilot as a reference framework to evaluate broader modular AIDC opportunities across Japan, including scalable pathways for expansion-subject to further feasibility assessments, regulatory approvals, site conditions, and the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements.
