SuperCom has secured a new direct agency electronic monitoring contract with a county government agency in Kentucky. The agreement marks SuperCom's 4th new contract in the state since mid-2024. SuperCom will deploy it's PureSecurity GPS electronic monitoring technology to support the county's offender supervision program.

SuperCom announced a new electronic monitoring service provider contract in Louisiana. The agreement marks SuperCom's entry into its 16th new U.S. state and its 17th new service provider partnership since mid-2024. The Louisiana-based provider has operated electronic monitoring programs across the state for over a decade. SuperCom will serve as the provider's primary EM technology partner across its statewide operations. The deployment includes a full transition of the provider's existing GPS tracking operations to SuperCom's proprietary PureSecurity platform. The transition is scheduled to begin within the coming weeks and will be implemented across active monitoring programs.

SuperCom announced the expansion of its electronic monitoring footprint into an additional county in Wisconsin. This latest win marks SuperCom's third project in the state, underscoring the company's ability to scale rapidly following initial deployments. The new project is being launched through SuperCom's Midwest regional service provider partnership established earlier in 2025. Since entering Wisconsin in September 2025, SuperCom has steadily spread its presence in the state through follow-on county deployments and expanded program adoption, including a second county deployment in January 2026 and a third deployment now. Under the newly launched project, SuperCom will deploy its PureOne and PureShield solutions to support both GPS tracking and domestic violence monitoring. The deployment is being implemented through SuperCom's established regional service provider partnership, under which SuperCom's technology was selected following an evaluation process in which its solutions were assessed against incumbent technologies. The project will support GPS tracking programs transitioning away from legacy technology while also enabling a new domestic violence monitoring initiative.

SuperCom announced its third electronic monitoring contract in North Carolina. The new agreement follows its initial PureOne rollout with a local service provider announced in December 2025 and the statewide procurement vehicle awarded earlier in 2025 by the North Carolina Sheriff's Association. Under the agreement, SuperCom will deploy its PureOne all-in-one GPS monitoring solution to support the provider's community supervision operations. Deployment is expected to begin immediately, with the contract structured as a recurring revenue model based on active daily units.
