Top Win International has changed its corporate name to AsiaStrategy, effective on Nasdaq under the ticker SORA. The rebrand includes a new company logo to be announced, marking a new chapter in the company's growth and strategic direction. In conjunction with the rebrand, AsiaStrategy has begun accepting Bitcoin as payment for its luxury watch business, reinforcing the company's commitment to innovation and the integration of digital assets in consumer transactions. The official name change and Bitcoin adoption were implemented on Friday, August 22, 2025.

Top Win International has raised $10M from a group of investors, led by WISELINK, marking the first Taiwanese public company in Asia to invest in a Bitcoin Treasury Company. WiseLink's investment is executed through a three-year convertible note, following a memorandum of understanding with TopWin and establishing a strategic capital and technology collaboration under WiseLink's "Bitcoin + Cross-Border Finance" framework. Private investments from Chad Koehn, founder of United Capital Management of Kansas, alongside four other investors, contributed to this round.

Top Win International has partnered with Simon Gerovich and KCGI for a planned investment in SGA Co. SGA Co. has filed with the regulators disclosing that its board of directors has approved a third-party share issuance to the said consortium of investors. Upon completion, the investor group will become SGA's largest shareholder. Proceeds from the issuance will be used for strategic asset acquisitions and general corporate purposes. SGA Co. plans to pursue new initiatives in the digital asset space by leveraging the consortium's global network and expertise, while continuing to operate its core business in close collaboration with affiliates across the SGA Group. As of the date hereof, parties are negotiating the terms of such investment and no definitive agreement has been signed with respect to such transaction.
