SL Green Realty Sells 10 East 53rd Street for $312.2M
SL Green Realty announced that it has sold 10 East 53rd Street for total consideration of $312.2M to Meadow Partners. The transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, will generate net cash proceeds to the company of approximately $100M that will be used for corporate debt repayment.
