Firy Inc. Stock Begins Trading on NYSE
Firy Inc., formerly Skillz Inc., announced that its Class A common stock has begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol "FIRY," effective at market open today. The change follows the Company's corporate name change from Skillz Inc. to Firy Inc. FIRY serves as the corporate parent of three independent, complementary businesses: Skillz, a real-money skill-based mobile gaming platform the Company founded in 2012; RZR, an AI-powered performance marketing platform; and Beamable, a developer backend and LiveOps infrastructure layer. Each of these businesses retains its name and brand identity and operates independently within the FIRY portfolio. The Company detailed the rebrand, new corporate identity, and its portfolio strategy at its Annual Shareholder Meeting. Existing shareholders are not required to take any action. The Company's Class A common stock continues to be listed on the NYSE and the CUSIP remains unchanged.
