Tower owner and operator SBA Communications is exploring options, including a potential sale, after having received preliminary takeover interest, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's David Carnevali, Michelle Davis and Dinesh Nair. Large infrastructure funds have been circling the telecommunications company and SBA is working with advisers to evaluate the interest, the sources said.
