Sagtec announced that it has entered into a definitive investment agreement to acquire a 40% equity interest in Malaya Heritage. The acquisition is expected to create a strategic partnership between Sagtec and Malaya Heritage, enabling the deployment of Sagtec's technology solutions across Malaya Heritage's operations while providing Sagtec with direct exposure to the continued growth of the Malaysian F&B sector. Based on management's current projections and business plans, the transaction is expected to contribute approximately $4M in revenue opportunities to the Sagtec group.

Reports FY25 revenue $19.1M vs. $12.8M last year. Revenue growth was primarily driven by strong performance across all core verticals, including services and tangible products, supported by expansion into new markets. "We are pleased to report a year of outstanding performance in 2025, marked by continued revenue growth and improved operational scale," said CEO Kevin Ng Lok.

Sagtec (SAGT) announced a strategic pivot with the launch of its proprietary Sovereign AI Data Center through its subsidiary, CL Technologies. The initiative marks Sagtec Global's evolution into an integrated AI-driven infrastructure platform, built to support millions of daily transactions. Scheduled for completion in Q4, the facility will leverage Nvidia's (NVDA) high-performance GPU architecture to support millions of daily transactions across F&B retail ordering, retail operations, and fintech ecosystems.

Sagtec Global announced the launch of SAGE AI, its next-generation AI-powered restaurant operating system, alongside the award of initial enterprise contracts totalling approximately $11M. SAGE AI integrates POS infrastructure, operational analytics, predictive AI models, and automated decision-support tools into a unified software platform. By applying machine learning and predictive analytics to operational data, SAGE AI enables operators to optimize pricing, forecast demand, manage inventory, and oversee multi-location operations.
