Rubico Inc. Prices Public Offering at $0.95 per Unit
Rubico Inc. announced the pricing of its public offering of 5.24M units, each consisting of one share of the company's common stock and 1.5 Class C warrants to purchase shares of common stock, at a public offering price of 95c per unit. Each Class C warrant is immediately exercisable for one share of common stock at an exercise price of 95c per share and expires five years after the issuance date. Gross proceeds to the company, before deducting placement agent's fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $5.0M. The offering is expected to close on or about May 21, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Maxim Group is acting as sole placement agent in connection with the offering.
