Astera Labs (ALAB) announced that Mike Tate will transition from his CFO role to become a full-time strategic advisor to the CEO. During this time, he will also support a leadership handoff to his successor. Desmond Lynch will join Astera Labs as CFO effective March 2. Lynch was most recently CFO of Rambus (RMBS).

Rambus "announced that Desmond Lynch, senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), will resign from Rambus effective February 27, 2026, to pursue another opportunity. A formal search has commenced for a new CFO. John Allen, current vice president and chief accounting officer at Rambus, will serve as interim CFO and ensure a seamless transition until a permanent successor has been appointed. Separately, Rambus is reaffirming its previously issued guidance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026."

Rambus is down -16.2%, or -$18.41 to $95.30.
