Algorhythm files to sell 10M shares of common stock for holders

Algorhythm Holdings announced the appointment of Jonathan Miller as Vice President of U.S. Sales for its flagship SaaS platform, SemiCab Apex. Miller brings almost 30 years of logistics and freight technology leadership experience including senior roles at DAT Freight & Analytics, FourKites, GT Nexus, E2open, One Network, and i2 Technologies. In this new role, Miller will be responsible for driving enterprise adoption of Apex in the U.S. market, building a high-performance sales organization, and forging partnerships across the shipper, carrier, and 3PL ecosystem.

Algorhythm Holdings highlighted how its SemiCab platform is positioned to help freight operators offset the financial strain of rising oil prices through intelligent freight orchestration. "With one in every three miles still driven empty in the freight industry, carriers are incurring enormous fuel costs for which they are getting nothing in return," said Gary Atkinson, CEO of Algorhythm Holdings. "SemiCab attacks this waste at the network level, making carriers far more efficient."

Algorhythm Holdings announced that MTR Foods has joined its SemiCab freight optimization platform. MTR Foods is the fourth new customer onboarded or expanded with SemiCab this year as the platform continues to gain momentum. Headquartered in Bengaluru and a subsidiary of Norwegian conglomerate Orkla Group, MTR Foods manufactures a wide range of ready-to-eat meals, breakfast mixes, spices, snacks, and beverages that are distributed across India and international markets. By joining the SemiCab platform, MTR Foods will gain access to SemiCab's AI-powered freight orchestration network designed to reduce empty miles, improve load matching, and optimize transportation efficiency across its distribution network. SemiCab's Collaborative Transportation Platform will enable MTR Foods to scale its logistics operations with greater agility and intelligence-without increasing headcount or infrastructure.
