Portillo's announced the appointment of restaurant industry veteran Brett Patterson as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday, February 23, 2026. Patterson will also join the Company's Board of Directors.

Reports preliminary FY25 revenue of $732.1M, consensus at $730.5M; Q4 adjusted EBITDA $24.7M; and FY25 adjusted EBITDA $97.3M. For FY26, it sees 8 new restaurants and adjusted EBITDA flat vs. 2025, Portillo's said during its presentation at ICR Conference 2026.
