Reports Q4 revenue $29.13M vs. $35.52M last year. Robotaxi services revenues were $6.7M in the fourth quarter, representing an increase of 159.5% from $2.6M in the fourth quarter of 2024. Specifically, fare-charging revenues grew by over 500% year-over-year James Peng, chairman and CEO of Pony.ai, commented, "2025 marked an amazing year for Pony.ai. We realized scaling-up in top-line, Robotaxi fleet size, operational footprint and user base, while validating our business model by achieving unit economics breakeven in multiple tier-one cities in China. To achieve these goals, we will employ a dual-engine strategy, together with the joint deployment model, to accelerate our top-line growth momentum in both domestic and overseas markets."

Verne, Pony AI (PONY) and Uber (UBER) announced a strategic partnership to launch the first commercial robotaxi service in Europe, beginning in Zagreb soon, with initial deployment work already underway, including public-road validation. The three companies plan to collaborate on the deployment of a commercial robotaxi service, combining Pony.ai's autonomous driving system, Uber's global mobility platform, and Verne's service ecosystem and operational framework. Under this model, Pony.ai will provide its autonomous driving solution; Verne will act as fleet owner and service operator; and Uber will integrate the service into its global ride-hailing network. Together, the companies aim to build a scalable path toward commercial robotaxi services in Zagreb and, over time, potentially into additional European cities and other markets, with plans to scale to a fleet of thousands of robotaxis over the next few years. As part of this collaboration, the companies have already begun on-road testing in Croatia's capital, Zagreb, using Pony.ai's Gen-7 autonomous driving system, deployed on the Arcfox Alpha T5 Robotaxi. With preparations for fare-charging services underway, Zagreb is emerging as the first market for commercial robotaxi service in Europe. As part of the partnership, Uber intends to invest in Verne and support future expansion as a strategic partner.

Pony AI announced the delivery of an initial batch of more than 100 seventh-generation robotaxis to Guangzhou Chenqi Mobility Technology in China. The vehicles, based on the GAC AION V model, will join Chenqi's ride-hailing platform OnTime Mobility and begin commercial operations soon. At the same time, Pony AI and Chenqi Mobility signed an upgraded strategic cooperation agreement in Guangzhou to jointly build a Robotaxi fleet and expand geographic coverage beyond current operations, marking a new phase in their long-standing partnership. Under the upgraded collaboration framework, Pony AI will focus on the research, development, and continued iteration of its core autonomous driving technology, the "Virtual Driver." Through a technology licensing model, Pony AI will generate recurring revenue by providing its autonomous driving system to fleet partners. Chenqi Mobility will be responsible for fleet asset ownership, safety assurance, vehicle dispatching, and platform operations.
