PodcastOne files $150M mixed securities shelf

PodcastOne has extended its agreement with A+E Networks for the exclusive sales and distribution rights to five podcasts: Cold Case Files, I Survived, American Justice, City Confidential and Ancient Aliens. Since launching the relationship with A+E in 2017 with one podcast, PodcastOne has grown the roster of partnered shows to five with over 200 million combined downloads. Each podcast augments A+E Networks' linear broadcasts of the origin television shows.

PodcastOne announced that it has acquired multi-year exclusive sales and distribution rights to podcasts No Filter with host Zack Peter, Wellness Cafe with host Trinity Tondeleir, Daddy Issues with Violet Benson and Michelle Collins' eponymous podcast, Michelle Collins. "PodcastOne is dedicated to our quest to bring to our network the best, most diversified and cross genre podcasts. With the additions of No Filter, Wellness Cafe, Michelle Collins and being able to welcome back Daddy Issues, we've aligned with podcasts that pair well with our existing shows while continuing to offer robust programming options for our audiences and for our advertisers," said Kit Gray, President and Co-Founder of PodcastOne.
