Perma-Fix Environmental announced the completion of a per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, treatment project for Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, the DOE contractor responsible for environmental cleanup activities at the Paducah Site. The project further demonstrates Perma-Fix's leadership in the destruction of PFAS compounds and the company's ability to execute complex treatment solutions supporting government environmental remediation programs. The company also recognizes FRNP for its proactive approach to addressing PFAS-contaminated materials as part of its environmental stewardship efforts. Perma-Fix received approximately 1,500 gallons of PFAS-contaminated liquids and successfully treated the material using its patent-pending proprietary Perma-FAS destruction technology. The 1,500 gallons were the result of two tasks awarded to Perma-Fix; the first was the transportation and treatment of legacy AFFF and the second was the onsite remediation of a tank and bladder containing PFAS liquids.

Perma-Fix Environmental announced it has been awarded a two-year master task agreement valued at approximately $24M by Lawrence Livermore National Security for demolition and disposal at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California. Under the agreement, Perma-Fix will provide demolition, excavation, and waste management services to support the safe disposition of these facilities as part of site efforts aligned with LLNL's national security mission. The project is expected to draw on Perma-Fix's technical expertise in complex radiological and hazardous waste handling, facility decontamination, and nuclear waste management. Perma-Fix will execute the project in partnership with three local subcontractors and will focus on safely advancing demolition and disposal work while minimizing impacts to surrounding operations and site activities.

Reports Q4 revenue $15.72M vs. $14.7M last year. Mark Duff, president and CEO of the company, commented, "During 2025, we focused on strengthening Perma-Fix's operational foundation and positioning the Company for the next phase of growth tied to the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford cleanup mission. While the timing of certain government programs affected activity levels during the year, we continued to progress in preparing our facilities, workforce, and infrastructure to support the increased waste volumes expected as the Direct-Feed Low-Activity Waste, or DFLAW, program transitions into its operational phase."
