Palladyne AI announced that its subsidiary, GuideTech, has secured a new $2.3M contract with a defense prime contractor to deploy its BRAIN flight computer and FLEX flight software framework in support of development, testing, and deployment of their low-cost kinetic counter-UAS interceptor system. "This contract reflects the commercial traction we are seeing for GuideTech's product platforms," said Ben Wolff, President and CEO of Palladyne AI. "BRAIN is a scalable platform for autonomous systems, and we continue to see customers adopt it for operational deployments. Product wins like this generate revenue today while expanding the pipeline of opportunities as customers progress toward production."

Palladyne AIannounced that retired Lt. Gen. Sean A. Gainey has joined the Company's Defense Advisory Board. Gainey most recently served as Commanding General of U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command and Commander of Joint Task Force-Gold, the homeland integrated air and missile defense command that serves as the operational arm for layered defense systems provided by Golden Dome. Gainey built the joint force's doctrine for counter-drone operations as founding Director of the Joint Counter-UAS Office, and previously commanded U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command at the convergence of space, missile defense, and homeland air defense.

Palladyne AI announced it has been awarded a pair of contracts to research, develop, and operationally validate SwarmOS and Gremlin-X with U.S. Army warfighters, competitively selected under the Army's Disruptive Applications Broad Agency Announcement.

Palladyne AI announced that SwarmOS and Gremlin-X participated in a live Army exercise during Ivy Mass. "We cleared a fundamental technical threshold for battlefield autonomy," said Dr. Denis Garagi, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Palladyne AI. "SwarmOS operated in communications-contested environments and enabled a heterogeneous fleet of drones to autonomously adapt in real time within the Army's own command-and-control ecosystem."
