OMS Energy's wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and Indonesia have secured new surface wellhead system orders and a contract extension totaling approximately $2.6M from oil and gas operators in Oman, Pakistan and Indonesia. These orders reflect continued momentum in the company's strategy to grow its Surface Wellhead System, or SWS, business across new and existing international markets, expanding its geographic footprint in the Asia Pacific and MENA regions. OMS Oilfield Services, the company's largest subsidiary, received a $1.0M order for surface wellhead systems from an existing customer in Oman, a local oilfield services provider serving multiple Omani operators. The products will be manufactured at OMS's Singapore facility, with deliveries scheduled for 2026. OMS Singapore also secured a $0.26M order from a new customer in Pakistan, Orient Petroleum, a Pakistani exploration and production company. This order marks the company's first 10,000 PSI full wellhead and production tree system in the country. PT OMS Oilfield Services, OMS subsidiary, received a $1.3M extension to an existing three-year supply contract with Pertamina Hulu Rokan, Indonesian upstream operator. The products will be manufactured at OMS's Duri facility in Indonesia.

OMS Energy announced its wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore and Indonesia have secured new specialty connector orders totaling approximately $2.2M from oil and gas companies in the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia and Pakistan. OMS Singapore will deliver a $1.4M order for large-diameter specialty connectors from a UAE-based national oil company. The products will be manufactured at OMS's Singapore facility, with deliveries scheduled for March and April. OMS Singapore also recorded $0.4M in specialty connector orders from a new customer in Pakistan. Furthermore, OMS Indonesia secured a total of approximately $0.4M in orders from two state-owned energy operators in Indonesia for large-diameter specialty connectors for an offshore gas development project, to be manufactured at OMS's Bogor facility.

OMS Energy Technologies and its wholly-owned subsidiary, OMS Oilfield Services announced an expansion of the Company's long-standing partnership with one of Thailand's foremost oil and gas operators. OMS Thailand has been awarded a Technical Service Partner Contract covering technical consultancy, gauging management and hardware services, demonstrating the operator's deep confidence in OMS Thailand's technical proficiency, operational rigor and engineering expertise. OMS Thailand's two facilities in Songkhla and Sattahip, with over 20 and 10 years of service, respectively, are fully licensed to support the region's OCTG sector with connection threading, repair, and maintenance services across diverse manufacturers' equipment.
