Nature Wood Group Reports Resignations of Chairman, CFO, and CEO
Nature Wood Group announced changes in its board of directors and officers, effective as of November 3. The Company reported that Hok Pan SE resigned as Director and Chairman of the Board, Zhihua LIANG resigned as Director and Senior Consultant, Kam Pang CHIM resigned as CFO, and Hubei SONG resigned as CEO, effective as of November 3, 2025. The resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed the following individuals to succeed them: Liying WANG as Director and CEO;Hong WANG as Director and CFO; and Zhilin CAI as Chief Strategy Officer. Liying WANG is currently the general manager and a director of Chongqing Chami Culture and Media Co. Hong WANG has served as CFO of Baishimi Brand Management Co. since 2021. Zhilin CAI has served as the chairman of the board of Zhongzhihao Industrial Group since 2016.
