Nuwellis announced the appointment of Mike McCormick as CEO, effective June 30. John Erb, who currently serves as president, CEO, and chairman of the board, will transition from his executive leadership role and continue serving as chairman of the board. McCormick served as a board member and independent director of Nuwellis from June 2023 through January.

Nuwellis announces the pricing of a public offering of 20M shares of its common stock with accompanying warrants to purchase common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $6M. The public offering price per share of common stock and accompanying warrants is 30c per share and accompanying warrants. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. acted as exclusive placement agent in connection with the offering.
