Futures are lower this morning with investors continuing to price the macro and geopolitical shock stemming from the rapidly escalating conflict involving Iran and its implications for global energy supply along with a U.S. jobs report released for February that came in much weaker than expected. Approximately 92,000 jobs were lost in February, while the unemployment rate ticked up slightly to 4.4%.The dominant driver of markets right now is oil and energy risk. The conflict threatens shipping routes in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, a chokepoint for global crude flows. Oil prices have surged sharply this week, creating renewed fears that the world could face another inflation shock just as central banks were hoping inflation would moderate.Despite the geopolitical stress, markets are not collapsing outright. Equities and crypto have stabilized somewhat after an early-week selloff, suggesting investors still believe the conflict may remain geographically contained or resolved relatively quickly. Net income attributable to Nutex Health for the three months ended December 31, 2025 was $11.8M as compared to net income attributable to Nutex Health of $61.6M for the same period in 2024. The company attributes the $105.9M revenue decrease primarily to two items: a one-time $55.0M cumulative true-up of arbitration claims determined ineligible , with the associated catch-up reduced the number of active disputes compared to the same period in 2024 and contributed to lower net revenue for the quarter; and arbitration revenues of $69.0M relating to submissions during 3Q24 that were recorded in 4Q24. After considering the impact of the adjustments above, 4Q25 revenue would be $206.7M and 4Q24 revenue would be $188.6M, a revenue increase of $18.1M. "We are continuing to add to a record year with 82% revenue growth, Adjusted EBITDA attributable to Nutex Health of $259.6M, a 126.4% increase in gross profit and a record high cash balance of $185.6M," stated CFO Jon Bates. "Compared to 2024, we delivered improvements across nearly all key financial metrics. During 2025 and early 2026, we successfully opened three new micro-hospitals, further expanding our national footprint. In addition, both ER visits and inpatient admissions grew year over year, reflecting increased demand and strengthened operational performance," stated CEO Tom Vo. "Looking ahead, we are well positioned for continued growth through a balanced strategy that includes both de novo hospital development and increased patient volumes across our existing facilities."

Hope for a quicker resolution to the Middle East conflict after yesterday's rumored contact between Iranian authorities and the CIA have fizzled, and with it, any hints of  more positive investors sentiment deteriorated as Wednesday's gains were unwound on Thursday.  S&P 500 was down as much as 1.5% at one point today before paring about half of that decline, with Basic Materials and Consumer Discretionary the worst performing sectors in the index.  Energy was the bright spot, boosted by more sharp gains in oil prices, though the rally in crude perpetuated the narrative that the inflationary spike due to Iran war will deter the Fed from renewed easing over the coming months.  Indeed, Treasury yields continued to rise, particularly in the belly of the curve, with the 10-year now up 20 basis points from Friday's lows.  Similarly, CME FedWatch tool is now pricing in a 50/50 scenario of a 50bps in Fed funds rate cuts vs. a 2-to-1 chance of this outcome priced in before the bombing this weekend.In the opening hour of the evening session, U.S. equity futures are up marginally with 0.1% gains for S&P e-minis and Nasdaq 100 contracts.  WTI Crude Oil is back below $80 per barrel after rising as high as $82 on Thursday.Among notable earnings out of the Semis space, Marvell Technologyis up 15% after better than expected results and guidance as well as constructive commentary on margins, echoing a strong print from Broadcomovernight.   In Application Software - a more resilient market corner of late - Guidewirewas also up notably on better-than-feared outlook.Check out this evening's top movers from around Wall Street, compiled by The Fly.HIGHER AFTER EARNINGS -Marvell Technologyup 15.0%Samsaraup 11.8%Guidewire Softwareup 4.5%DOWN AFTER EARNINGS -Nutex Healthdown 32.9%Owletdown 21.0%AudioEye, Inc.down 10.6%Gapdown 7.6%Costcodown 0.2%ALSO LOWER -Ingram Micro Holdingdown 13.3% after equity offering

Nutex Health has authorized a second stock repurchase program of up to $25.0M of the company's common stock over the next six months. The share repurchase program authorization does not obligate the oompany to acquire any shares of its common stock and may be amended, suspended or discontinued at any time.
