Nano-X Imaging files $100M mixed securities shelf

Nano-X Imaging announced that its US-based subsidiary, Nanox Impact has signed a new distribution agreement with Imperial Imaging Technology, a Georgia based provider of diagnostic imaging solutions. The collaboration will support the commercial rollout of the Nanox.ARC. Under the terms of the agreement, Imperial Imaging Technology will serve as a distributor for the Nanox.ARC system and related services across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Northern Florida. Imperial will lead its marketing and sales efforts and provide ongoing customer support. Imperial will coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate clinical evaluations for orthopedic practices and healthcare facilities in the territory in connection with opportunities pursued by Imperial.

Nano-X Imaging announced that it will showcase its Nanox.ARC digital tomosynthesis system live in Europe for the first time and present new AI solutions in development at the European Congress of Radiology, ECR, taking place March 4-8, 2026 in Vienna, Austria. "Presenting the Nanox.ARC live in Europe for the first time, a year after receiving CE Mark certification, represents a significant milestone in our European market expansion," said Erez Meltzer, CEO and Acting Chairman of Nanox. "European healthcare systems need advanced imaging solutions that can operate beyond major medical centers, and that is exactly what the Nanox.ARC was designed to do. At ECR 2026, we will highlight new AI capabilities and clinical evidence demonstrating the performance of the capabilities of the Nanox.ARC in lung cancer screening, as shown in clinical studies. We remain focused on making high-quality imaging more affordable, more accessible and available at scale with our end-to-end imaging solutions."

Nano-X Imaging announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration, FDA, has granted 510(k) clearance for TAP2D, a new cloud enabled image enhancement capability for the Nanox.ARC and Nanox.ARC X digital tomosynthesis systems. This clearance marks an important step in Nanox's regulatory strategy to position its tomosynthesis systems as primary diagnostic solutions and advances the Company's commitment to increased access to innovative medical imaging solutions. "The newly cleared enhancement capability provides radiologists with an additional, clear 2D view, generated from the digital tomosynthesis scan. The feature is designed to support evaluation while maintaining a smooth workflow for users. The additional view is automatically delivered within the existing clinical environment without adding complexity for clinicians or operators," the company said.
