Nacco Industries announced the dual listing of its Class A common stock on NYSE Texas, the newly launched fully electronic equities exchange, effective December 11. Nacco will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade on NYSE Texas with the same (NC) ticker symbol.

Naccio's Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program under which NACCO may repurchase up to $20M of the Company's outstanding Class A Common Stock through December 31, 2027. This program replaces the Company's previous repurchase program, which would have expired on December 31. "We completed over $12 million of share repurchases under our previous program and we are pleased to announce the authorization of a new program," said J.C. Butler, President and CEO.

Reports Q3 revenue $76.6M vs. $61.66M last year. "NACCO's third-quarter results demonstrate solid progress in growing our business and improving profitability," said CEO J.C. Butler. "Although reported operating profit declined year over year due to the insurance recovery, our underlying operational performance was stronger both year over year and sequentially. I expect this momentum to continue to build as we execute our long-term growth strategy."

North American Mining has secured a new 10-year contract to provide limestone mining services in Ft. Myers, Florida, expanding North American Mining's presence to 19 mining operations statewide. This new project, representing the third quarry for the same customer, reflects North American Mining's strong track record of operational excellence and reliability, further reinforcing its position as a leading aggregates contract miner in Florida. North American Mining continues to support the thriving infrastructure growth in Southwest Florida by providing unique integrated contract mining services to aggregates producers in the area.
