Nakamoto to Acquire BTC Inc and UTXO Management for $107.3 Million
Nakamoto (NAKA) announced it has entered into merger agreements to acquire BTC Inc, a provider of bitcoin-related (BTC-USD) media and events, and UTXO Management, an investment firm focused on bitcoin companies. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026. The deal will be financed entirely with Nakamoto common stock, with securityholders receiving approximately 363.6M shares valued at roughly $107.3M based on the February 13 closing price.
