LiveOne (LVO) announced an expanded collaboration with AT&T (T) and Cisco (CSCO) to support next-generation in-vehicle entertainment experiences through AT&T's Connected Car platform. The collaboration enables automotive OEMs to more easily deploy premium connected entertainment services using AT&T's Connected Car platform and Cisco's multi-party billing technology, with LiveOne delivering personalized music, curated playlists, and live audio content directly to drivers and passengers. As part of the collaboration, LiveOne will be available as a bundled entertainment option in select vehicles equipped with AT&T Connected Car services. Because connectivity and billing infrastructure are already integrated through the AT&T platform, automakers can deploy LiveOne's entertainment services faster and with reduced operational complexity, supported by AT&T's work with more than 60 of the top global automotive brands.

The company said, "LiveOne expects Fiscal 2026 revenue of $82M-$90M and Adjusted EBITDA of $5M-$10M. LiveOne also recently completed $15M+ of conversions of its payables into LiveOne's shares of common stock at a deemed issuance price of $7.50 per share, substantially strengthening its balance sheet. LiveOne expects all of its key subsidiaries to be Adjusted EBITDA positive for Fiscal 2026. LiveOne has also recently signed multi-year extensions with ASCAP, BMI, Merlin and Warner Music, and expects the completion of the restructuring of its Custom Personalization Solutions subsidiary to generate $3.5M in revenue and $600K+ in cash flow for Fiscal 2026."

PodcastOne (PODC) anticipates "record" FY26 results of $61M-plus in revenue and $6.3M-plus in adjusted EBITDA, including Q4 results that include $15M-plus in revenue and $2.3M-plus in adjusted EBITDA, the company announced. "Fiscal 2026 has been a transformational year for PodcastOne, with anticipated record revenue and profitability driven by disciplined execution and expanding demand for our content and advertising solutions. LiveOne has acquired 2.3M PODC shares since going public, bringing total LVO ownership to 19.3M PODC shares, the company added.

LiveOne announced a strategic partnership with Team Boxing League to exclusively stream live boxing events to audiences in more than 200 countries worldwide.
