Innovative Eyewear announce a new distribution relationship with Modivo Group, a major European fashion retailer with approximately 1,400 stores. Modivo plans to first test Innovative Eyewear smartglasses in the Sklep Biegacza running stores it operates. The initial rollout will focus on the Reebok Powered by Lucyd product line.

Innovative Eyewear is pleased to announce it received a notice of allowance on November 24, 2025 for its utility patent application, U.S. Patent Application No. 18/147,002, entitled "Charging Cradle For Smartglasses." The patent application is directed to a charging cradle or dock for charging smartglasses of a variety of styles and sizes. Lucyd previously announced the new edition of its Dock product on November 16, 2023. After paying the required issue fee, the company anticipates that a patent will issue in due course.
